"It is essential injured people have access to highly specialised lawyers who stay on top of the evolving law and help them develop strategies for efficient management of their claims."

Qualifications

Since 1993 I have worked for some of the biggest personal injury law firms in NSW.  I have dedicated my career to representing injured people and winning claims even where other lawyers had given up.

I have been honoured to help some truly amazing people get back on their feet after an injury.

I was awarded a Diploma in Law from the Legal Practitioners Admission Board, Graduate Diploma in Law from the College of Law and admitted to practice in New South Wales and the Federal Courts in 2004.

In 2016 I became an Accredited Specialist in Personal Injury Law after undergoing the formal assessment process*.

I am an IRO Approved Legal Service Provider.

About me

After representing residents of the Bega Valley in a variety of personal injury matters while working for firms in Wollongong and Sydney I identified the need for a local specialised Personal Injury practice.

In December 2019 I made the move to the Bega Valley with my family and established Mortimer Fox Lawyers in early 2020.

When I am not working, I am learning new skills on my small hobby farm or enjoying time outdoors with family and friends.
